About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Bourton Leisure Centre. As a Swim Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver swimming lessons to customers, adapting to their needs and abilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive experience
  • Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, maintaining a safe and disciplined environment
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of swimming techniques and safety protocols
Requirements
  • Level 2 swimming teaching qualification (training provided)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • DBS check
