About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior 3rd Line Technician to join our Projects team at Trusted Technology Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers by building and implementing technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with internal and external stakeholders to scope technical solutions
  • Design, plan, and document technical solutions
  • Plan and document technical work packages
  • Implement technical solutions
  • Assist in the transitions of solutions into live service
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical role
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Takes ownership and responsibility
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory Domain Services, Microsoft System Centre products, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365/Office365, and InTune
  • Experience working with networking technologies is desirable but not essential
  • Recognised current Microsoft qualification/exam pass combined with evidence of continued professional development
  • Experience working within a busy office environment
  • A positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities
  • Closely focused on attention to detail
  • Able to work accurately following a procedure
