Job Summary

We are recruiting experienced midwives to work in our continuity of care teams and Homebirth Team at Haywards Heath and Brighton.

The successful candidate will provide high-standard midwifery care to women and pregnant people during the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods in both acute and primary care settings. This includes conducting deliveries under own responsibility, providing necessary supervision, care, and advice, and carrying out newborn care.

Main Duties
  • Provide specialist midwifery care to women and pregnant people in our continuity of care teams and Homebirth Team.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each client.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support high-quality patient care.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a starting salary of £38,890 - £52,020 per annum, depending on experience.
