Job Description

We're seeking a Mid-Weight UX Designer to join our dynamic CRO team at a customer-obsessed behavioural agency. As a key member, you'll play a crucial role in crafting high-converting user experiences that drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Optimising conversions through UX audits and A/B testing.
  • Conducting user research and translating insights into design recommendations.
  • Collaborating with the CRO team and stakeholders.
  • Presenting design concepts and fostering a collaborative environment.

Our ideal candidate will have/be:

  • 3+ years of UX design experience, specialising in CRO and user-centric design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO principles.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, IA, and usability.
  • Experienced in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Skilled in user research methods and usability testing.
  • Capable of analysing data and user feedback to improve designs.
  • Experienced with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Some familiarity with design systems and libraries.
