Mid-Weight UX Designer Opportunity

MRJ Recruitment is proud to partner with a customer-obsessed behavioural agency in Manchester, seeking a talented Mid-Weight UX Designer to join their dynamic CRO team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that drive conversions.
  • Conduct UX audits and A/B testing to optimise user experiences.
  • Translate user research insights into actionable design recommendations.
  • Present design concepts and foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of UX design experience, specialising in CRO and user-centric design.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO principles.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, IA, and usability.
  • Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Skilled in user research methods and usability testing.
  • Capable of analysing data and user feedback to improve designs.
  • Some familiarity with design systems and libraries.

About the Agency:

This exciting start-up is a customer-obsessed behavioural agency founded by two highly respected Google Marketing Platform experts. They've achieved impressive results with a small, agile, customer-centric team and are looking for a personable and hard-working Mid-Weight UX Designer to join their dynamic CRO team.

What We Offer:

£30k - £40k (DOE) | Hybrid with 3 days in Manchester office (must be based in the UK without sponsorship requirements)
