About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Structural Engineer to join our team at Beta Design Consultants. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural designs for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and analysis of structural components and systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
  • Preparation of detailed design reports and documentation
  • Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and assess structural conditions
  • Performing calculations, simulations, and analysis to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards
  • Structural assessment of existing buildings and design of roads and drainage systems
  • Managing and running structural design projects with autonomy
  • Liaising with contractors, clients, and architects to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to structural engineering
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
