We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Kitchen Staff member to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos Limited in Luton.
Salary:£22,000 - £28,000 per annum
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a talented individual to work closely with our head chef and contribute to delivering exceptional food experiences for our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in all areas of the casino
- Collaborate with the hosting and wider casino team to provide excellent customer service
- Prepare, cook, and present food according to recipe standards
- Follow strict HACCP and safety guidelines to ensure food safety throughout the venue
- Report any equipment or system issues to the head chef or duty manager
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and usage to minimize losses
- Seek feedback from customers and front-of-house teams to enhance food quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in a culinary or food preparation setting
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and as per business needs
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
- Food safety basic level 2 certification or currently pursuing it
