CSC Recruitment is seeking a talented Director of Site Operations to lead our construction project in the Greater Oxford Area. This is a full-time on-site role with an estimated salary of £75,000-£90,000 per annum.

Job Description:
  • Project Execution & Site Management:
    • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the project, ensuring compliance with design, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
    • Oversee the execution of the construction works, coordinating trades, contractors, and suppliers to minimize disruption and delays.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as the primary point of contact between the client, contractors, and stakeholders, maintaining a positive and professional relationship.
    • Communicate project updates, milestones, challenges, and solutions to the client regularly.
  • Project Management & Technology Integration:
    • Utilize project management software to track and report on project progress, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
    • Manage all documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, site reports, and quality control logs.
  • Health & Safety & Compliance:
    • Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections to identify potential hazards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the commercial or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects, including renovations, structural work, and MEPH upgrades.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
