About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Soft FM services team. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective services across our healthcare portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide strategic support to all sites within your managed portfolio, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and budgetary considerations.
  • Oversee the management of services provided by staff, sub-contractors, and site-based management teams.
  • Maintain relationships with client/end user decision makers, ensuring professional quality of service delivery and compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Contribute to proposal development, including client liaison and input into design and development of service delivery proposals.
  • Manage budgets for each site within your portfolio and project manage new initiatives from inception to successful completion.
  • Provide regular reports and management information to clients as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing outsourced commercial Soft FM services.
  • Operational knowledge of multiline budgets and P&L accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and motivation.
  • Knowledge of NHS 2021 Cleaning standards.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations (Level 3 required, Level 4 desirable).
  • Multi-site management experience.
  • Management knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
  • People management skills.
  • IOSH certification (NEBOSH desirable).
  • Driving license.
