Job Description

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical expertise to drive the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for clinical and commercial production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee technology transfer activities from R&D to manufacturing and from manufacturing to commercial sites
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability of manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and support regulatory submissions
Requirements
  • Master's degree in life sciences, chemical engineering, or a related field
  • More than 10 years of experience in MSAT, process development, or manufacturing in a clinical or biopharmaceutical environment
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results
  • Expertise in GMP, regulatory requirements, and technical transfer best practices
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000, dependent on location and experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and generous paid time off.
