About the Role

The Family Drug and Alcohol Court (FDAC) Team at Frontier Consulting is a multidisciplinary team providing expert assessment and support to families in care proceedings where drugs and alcohol are a significant issue.

We have an established track record of forming effective working relationships with parents to address problem drug and alcohol use, ensuring children receive safe and secure care. As a specialist in this field, you will contribute to emotionally safe spaces for parents to address their difficulties, achieve abstinence, and focus on their child's needs.

With experience in frontline Social Work and work within care proceedings, Child Protection, and Child in Need, you will contribute to multi-disciplinary assessments, formulation, and intervention planning. You will also develop team policies, procedures, and practice, promoting strong collaborative relationships with partner agencies and overseeing feedback.

This role requires a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, with a salary range of £32,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
