In this role, you will:
  • Engage with customers in person and via phone calls, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our extensive product range, staying informed about the latest developments and innovations.
  • Liaise closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and efficient order processing.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of experience working in a commercial vehicle parts department, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing workload efficiently.
