We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Simply Gym. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the gym, ensuring that our members receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the gym, including staff supervision and customer service.
- Assume the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless continuity of operations.
- Drive commercial performance by implementing sales strategies and coordinating local marketing activities.
- Deliver operational excellence by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Proven experience in a management position within the leisure industry, preferably with a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
- Passionate about customer service and able to inspire and motivate team members.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in driving sales and managing successful teams.
- Ideal candidate will have experience as an Assistant Manager or Fitness Manager, with a strong understanding of operational functions.
