2nd Line Support Specialist

At Insight Select, we are seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, maintaining and overseeing the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of end users' workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Maintain and oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of end users' workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Manage calls logged at the Support Desk, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with agreed SLAs.
- Be a point of escalation for first line support calls.
- Microsoft Exchange

- £30,000 - £37,000 Basic Salary
