Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Direct and assist staff to achieve exceptional customer service, foster a positive team environment, and address customer concerns promptly.
- Operations: Oversee daily kiosk operations, ensuring smooth workflow, maintain high standards of service and food hygiene, and ensure the kiosk area is clean and well-stocked.
