About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Oak Furnitureland. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select products and manage inventory levels
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the furniture industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
