Job Title: HGV Class 2 Night Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled HGV Class 2 driver to join our team on a night shift basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering palletized parcels to sub-depots and delivery units, as well as conducting collections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver palletized parcels to sub-depots and delivery units
  • Conduct collections
  • Use tail lift/pump truck to handle pallets at sub-depots
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams for efficient operations
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C)
  • Valid and in-date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card
  • No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only)
  • Full understanding of WTD legislation
  • Ability to operate tail lift and pump truck equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A safety-first mindset
