Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our team in a key role. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing dispatch schedules, and ensuring accurate export documentation.
Main Responsibilities
Customer Orders:
- Process customer orders from electronic systems
- Enter order information into our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
- Generate delivery notes and file customer orders
Dispatch Scheduling:
- Raise daily dispatch sheets from customer orders
- Raise release orders for dispatch from storage
- Coordinate transportation for all dispatches
Export:
- Request export documentation for each shipment
- Liaise with inspection and shipping agents
- Coordinate production and collection dates
Stock Control:
- Enter production and sales data into spreadsheets
- Monitor and report daily frozen stock levels
Compliance and Teamwork:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide support and assistance to team members
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
