About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
In this role, you will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to support the provision of patient care. You will be responsible for following care plans, recording observations, and documenting care given in individual's notes.
This is a work-based training programme, with protected study time to complete a level 2 qualification in Clinical Health Care Support. The programme is delivered on site with our training providers and in the workplace where you will be learning on the job while receiving training from experienced staff.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues to undertake a range of supervised duties. We believe that every individual deserves respect, dignity, and compassion, and we expect all our team members to share these values.
Key Responsibilities
- To work under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurses to support the provision of patient care whilst working as a member of the team and maintaining a safe environment.
- To follow care plans and record all personally generated observations and documenting care given in individuals' notes.
- To participate in the development of care plans and contribute to the assessment of patients' needs.
Requirements
- A good standard of education.
- Identified skills in application.
- Gave relevant examples of experience.
Salary and Benefits
