Leisure Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Leisure Receptionist to join our team at Village Manchester Bury. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all who visit our Village.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring our members have everything they need and that enquiries are dealt with effectively.
  • Meet and greet members and guests, taking bookings and introducing new people to the club.
  • Resolve queries and keep our members happy, using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

About You:

  • You have a natural ability to interact with all types of people, using effective selling techniques and a belief in sales through service.
  • You have a passion for leisure, fitness, and customer service, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • You are able to understand the individual needs and wants of our members and tailor your service and communication around them.
