As our Leisure Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. Your warm and welcoming personality will make everyone feel at home.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring our members have everything they need, and that enquiries are dealt with efficiently. You'll thrive on building relationships, understanding individual needs, and tailoring your service to exceed expectations.

On a daily basis, you'll be greeting members and guests, taking bookings, resolving queries, and keeping our members happy. You'll be the creator of happiness, making every interaction a positive one.

Our Village Bury hotel is conveniently located near Manchester, with excellent transport links. You'll be part of a vibrant team, working in a dynamic environment that's always buzzing with activity.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Natural in their ability to interact with people, using effective selling techniques and a belief in sales through service
  • Passionate about leisure, fitness, and customer service
  • Able to understand individual needs and tailor their service and communication accordingly
  • Driven to achieve and exceed targets
  • A team player, forming great relationships within leisure and other departments
