Lead Adult Psychiatrist Position in South East London

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our established outpatient clinic in South East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health care to adults with general psychiatric concerns.
About the Role:
- Assess and treat outpatients, including implementing treatment plans and collaborating with psychologists and therapists.
- Contribute to inpatient care when required and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop a flexible approach to sessions, balancing in-person and remote consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans for adult patients.
- Promote quality improvement and engage with healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities within the clinic.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Hold GMC registration and have significant experience in adult psychiatry.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of clinical governance principles.
