About the Role
As a Real Estate Investment Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about real estate investments. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the analysis of prospective real estate transactions across various sectors, including residential, logistics, and office properties.
Participating in the due diligence process and providing assistance with collecting information and updating internal databases.
Assisting in researching, synthesizing, and analyzing data on various real estate markets.
Providing support to analysts and other team members in the active management of PSP Investments' Real Estate portfolio.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Engineering with a minor in Finance, or a postgraduate diploma in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or MBA.
High academic achievement and enrollment in the CFA program is an asset.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy.
Attention to detail and a rigorous approach to research, analysis, and documentation.
Eagerness to learn, ideate, and innovate, and an interest in real estate investments and knowledge of relevant financial modeling.
