Restaurant Manager Role
We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our Turtle Bay team in Swansea. As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and set the tone for excellent customer service
- Manage staff performance, development, and well-being
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
