**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a theatre team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for staff, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and safety, adhering to Trust policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and service delivery
