Job Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Employment Advisor to join our team at Seetec Business Technology Centre. As an Assistant Employment Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our participants to find and sustain employment. You will work closely with our Employment Advisors to provide direct support to participants, helping them to identify their strengths and areas for development, and creating personalized job search plans to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support participants with initial appointments and customer assessments
  • Deliver a positive experience to new customers
  • Identify potential barriers to employment and develop strategies to overcome them
  • Organize and conduct job search/job club activities on a 1-2-1 or group basis

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of the local labour market in the specified geographical locations
  • Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes
  • Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards

  • A competitive salary of £23,088 to £25,200 p.a (dependent on experience)
