Apprentice Quality Assurance Specialist

Aldwych Consulting is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team on a large and complex civil engineering project. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance and control, with a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting independent site inspections and surveillances to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
  • Liaising with the client to resolve any inspection issues that may arise
  • Ensuring that documentation is produced on time and to a high standard
  • Raising non-conformances in a timely manner to prevent delays and ensure quality
  • Reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Supporting the Quality Manager in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in civil engineering
  • A degree or HND in civil engineering or a related field
  • A CSCS Card and a full driver's license
  • The right to work in the UK
