Mental Health Nurse Leader

Appoint Healthcare is partnering with a leading national provider of mental health services to fill a Deputy Ward Manager / Charge Nurse (RMN) position for their new Male PICU ward in West Sussex.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity for qualified Mental Health Nurses to make a real difference in the lives of adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. As a senior member of the team, you will play a crucial part in developing and improving the current services while promoting positive teamwork and high-quality care.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant nursing qualification, valid NMC registration, and at least 2 years of experience in mental health, PICU, or forensic settings. Salary Details
The salary for this position is estimated to be between £43,014 and £46,314 per annum, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
