Fella and Jones, a leading Premium Womenswear Brand, is seeking a Search Engine Optimization Manager to lead their digital marketing efforts. As a Paid Search & SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Google Ads and SEO strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve ROAS, CPA, and other performance KPIs.
  • SEO Strategy: Boost rankings, traffic, and visibility for key product categories and markets, focusing on free Shopping listings.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research and gap analysis for maximum product and landing page coverage.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with graphic design and brand teams to ensure creative assets align with brand standards and drive results.
  • Audience Targeting: Build and refine audience segments, implementing retargeting strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Analytics & Insights: Use data analytics tools to evaluate performance, generate actionable insights, and make real-time optimizations.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test and improve campaign elements such as ad copy, creative, and targeting strategies.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage and report on campaign budgets, providing performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay ahead of Google advertising policies, industry trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Paid Search & SEO
  • Proven track record in managing budgets and meeting performance goals
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across creative, content, and analytics teams

Salary Range: $95,000 - $130,000 per year
