To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An experienced and time-served engineer through an apprenticeship, NVQ, or HNC – mechanically biased but with electrical knowledge.
- Experience working as a site services engineer with excellent knowledge of utilities plant and equipment maintenance procedures and routines.
- Demonstratable practical engineering skills.
- An understanding of current relevant legislations.
We offer a range of benefits, including:
- A flexible, autonomous, and inclusive working environment.
- A site bonus scheme.

- Long service recognised every five years.
- Life assurance up to four times contractual pay.
- Free onsite parking.
- Individual allocated lockers.
- Discounted branded products.
- Subsidised staff restaurant.
- 185 hours annual leave entitlement.
- My Staff Shop – access to exclusive benefits, free advice, and savings.
We are committed to producing high-quality, nutritious food in a sustainable way. We strive to embed diversity and inclusion in our operations and invite candidates from all horizons to join our team.
