Pest Control Specialist
This role involves inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks. You will be responsible for swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour, as well as offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify potential risks.
- Tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
- Offer advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
- Complete accurate reports after every visit.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image at all times.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence, for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility with working patterns to support the business need.
