We are seeking a highly qualified Research Faculty to join our team at the Advanced Manufacturing Logistics Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research and developing a research agenda that aligns with the institute's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and develop a research agenda that aligns with the institute's goals and objectives
- Identify sources of funding and prepare research proposals
- Develop and implement research activities
- Collaborate with research teams, industry stakeholders, and government agencies
- Write reports, papers, and reviews, and present findings in journals and conferences
- PhD in Advanced Manufacturing Logistics or a related field
- Knowledge of a subject/field and current research in a discipline housed in the department
- Ability to develop effective research agenda
- Experience identifying sources of funding, preparing research proposals, and submitting funding applications
- Demonstrated ability to promote a team effort within the department for research and project activities
- Ability to use research results to write reports, papers, and reviews, and present findings in journals and conferences
- Must be able to collaborate with research teams, industry stakeholders, and government agencies
- Develop, manage, and implement research activities
- Skilled in writing and submitting grants
- Must have experience managing research grants expenditures
- Must be able to support the research agenda of the program
- 7+ years' experience in a Research Faculty role
