We are seeking an experienced Fraud Risk Management Specialist to join our Economic Crime Prevention (ECP) team as a Senior Manager. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in identifying and preventing economic crime risks across our business banking, commercial, and corporate businesses.

The ECP team is responsible for managing EC risk (fraud, money laundering, bribery, sanctions) and we are looking for someone with strong knowledge of or a passion to learn about additional ECP risk areas. You will work closely with colleagues to develop their skills and help them become rounded risk professionals.

You will also have experience in designing and implementing compliance programmes while ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. Our focus is on ensuring we are inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.

As a Fraud Risk Management Specialist, you will be expected to:

  • Participate in the development of economic crime prevention strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate EC risks
  • Develop and implement training programmes to enhance colleague awareness and skills
  • Monitor and report on EC risk trends and developments
