We are proud to take a bespoke and tailored approach to our workplace clients, delivering fresh food solutions created by happy teams.

Our team is on site from 7-3pm daily, 7 days a week, to ensure the busy airport workforce has all the fuel they need to keep the airport running efficiently.

The Sous Chef will be required to work 5 out of 7 days, including alternative weekends, starting at 7am and finishing at 3:30pm. This is a fast-paced role working in a great team.

Key responsibilities:

  • To ensure that food preparation, production, and service meet customer satisfaction and company standards.
  • To deputise duty kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef/Chef Manager.
  • To ensure food offer is produced within necessary cost controls, as directed by the Chef/Manager.
  • To ensure statutory and safe working practices are adhered to by all staff.
