Commis Chef Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commis Chef to join our dynamic team at SSP Group. As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and maintaining exceptional food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in food preparation, including meat and vegetable preparation, and cooking completed dishes from the menu.
  • Help with deliveries, stock rotation, and maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
  • Work effectively with fellow chefs to ensure seamless food service.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
