Job Title: Head of Business and Computing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Business and Computing department at Grade A Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to shape the future of our students and contribute to the growth of our school community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver an innovative Business Studies and Computing curriculum that meets the needs of our students.
  • Lead and manage a team of Business and Computing teachers to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student learning and performance, and contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and policies.
  • Ensure student safety and manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Utilize data to promote student achievement and attainment, and contribute to the school's improvement plans.
Requirements:
  • Experience teaching Business Studies at GCSE and A-Level, with a strong track record of student achievement.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of teachers.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • IT literate, with a commitment to personal development and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and teaching methods.
  • Passion for ensuring that all students have the opportunity to succeed, and a commitment to promoting equality and diversity.
