Job Overview:

As a key member of the Westwell team, you will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of our autonomous vehicle technology in Ipswich, UK, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement project plans as outlined by headquarters, ensuring all phases, timelines, and deliverables are met, while also aligning local project execution with headquarters' strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  2. Prepare regular status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation, effectively communicating project updates, requirements, and challenges to both the customer and headquarters.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with customers, local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and addressing any concerns that may arise.
Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, including basic proficiency in Chinese for daily communication.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and operational norms related to autonomous vehicles, as well as proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
