Cotswold Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Stores Controller to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the warehouse and stores area, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the completion of kitting in a timely manner, ensuring that the production pipeline is always full and working ahead of customer required dates.
  • Book incoming materials in a timely manner and expedite urgent items when informed by the operations team.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts to agreed reports and support the end-of-year stock audit with minimal disruption to the warehouse.
  • Maintain best practice within the stores area, ensuring that all staff adhere to processes to keep stock accurate.
  • Keep the warehouse and stock areas clean and organized, maintaining a 100% housekeeping standard.
  • Maintain the system and be accountable for housekeeping on NetSuite within your transactions.
  • Support the operations team in any way possible and cover where needed in other areas of operations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in people management and leadership.
  • Knowledge of HSE and HR principles.
  • Ability to think outside the box and support the business in innovative ways.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
