Fire Door Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Door Supervisor to oversee fire door installs and remedials across the Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our fire door installations and remedials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee carpenters on fire door installs and remedials, ensuring compliance with FIRAS/BM TRADA standards
  • Visit multiple projects per day to monitor progress and address any issues
  • Support with manual handling of deliveries and ensure efficient logistics
  • Conduct quality control checks on fire door installs and remedials to ensure they meet our high standards
Package and Benefits:
  • Permanent contract with a competitive salary of £45,000 per year
  • Eligibility for a bonus scheme of up to 50% of the basic salary based on productivity targets and peer reviews
  • Company van and fuel card for convenient travel
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 or above in carpentry, with experience working with fire doors to FIRAS/BM TRADA standards
  • Supervisory experience overseeing carpenters on fire door installs and remedials
  • SSSTS/SMSTS certification (desirable)
