We are seeking an experienced Senior Underwriter to join our Accident and Health team at Aviva. The role offers a competitive salary, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications, with the opportunity for a 10% bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with brokers in their local market and grow a profitable book of business
  • Contribute new ideas and initiatives to the product team to ensure total customer protection

This is an exciting time to join our division as we launch a new market-leading proposition, Contingency and Political Violence and Terrorism Insurance. The successful candidate will join an established A&H team trading a range of Group Personal Accident, Business Travel, Affinity, and digital policies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is around £65,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This is a highly competitive salary, reflecting the importance of the role in our Accident and Health team.
