Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in designing and administering competitive compensation and benefits programmes that attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to benchmark salaries, benefits, and total rewards packages
- Design and implement competitive compensation plans that align with our business goals and comply with all legal requirements
- Develop and maintain salary bands that are competitive in the local market and ensure adherence with global pay transparency legislation
- Manage and analyse employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programmes
- Develop and maintain clear communication on compensation and benefits programmes to employees
- Identify opportunities for voluntary and/or flexible benefits within regions and implement the same
- Analyse data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the compensation and benefits strategy
- Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to develop and implement total rewards strategies that support our organisation's goals
- Oversee the budget for compensation and benefits programmes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a senior level Compensation & Benefits role or a global Compensation & Benefits role
- Experience in designing, implementing, and managing compensation structures and benefits programmes
- Proven track record of analysing market data, salary surveys, and benchmarking reports to develop competitive compensation strategies
- Strong understanding of compliance issues related to compensation and benefits across multiple jurisdictions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR information systems (e.g., payroll, benefits administration software)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
