Assistant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager to join our senior leadership team at a high-end gastropub-style restaurant with rooms near Stratford-Upon-Avon.

About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you will be an integral part of the restaurant's performance and reputation, working closely with the management team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the restaurant, including staff supervision and training
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation
  • Manage staff rotas and schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and stock control
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a proactive, flexible, and adaptable individual with a proven track record in first-class, fresh-food restaurants. Ideally, you'll have experience with rooms/hotels and be IT-savvy. You'll be passionate about hospitality and the customer journey, with a strong ability to train and develop your team.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £32,000-£36,000, tips of £120-150 per week, and a range of benefits, including free on-site parking, flexible working hours, and a pension scheme.
