Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at Accoravillage, you will play a vital role in promoting our core values and contributing to the success of our retail operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and performing various sales and merchandising tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively in a timely and positive manner.
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, store housekeeping, and visual displays.
- Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
- Ensure store is visually appealing and contributes to company standards.
- Adhere to all Loss Prevention policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- Retail experience preferably in apparel.
- Experience with understanding retail operation concepts, such as maintaining store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
- Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
