Supply Chain Management Professional

Are you a seasoned procurement expert looking to take your skills to the next level? We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Professional to join our team at Brush Transformers as a Buyer (Home based).
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with a proven track record of delivering cost savings and optimizing operational efficiency. As a key member of our ERP implementation team, you will be responsible for designing and rolling out appropriate processes aligned to our Group procurement policies.
You will conduct thorough analysis of indirect costs to identify areas of potential savings and opportunities for optimization. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures across all procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement effective procurement processes
- Analyze and optimize indirect costs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Fleet management of circa 60 vehicles
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain management
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes
- Experience in leading process improvement initiatives
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Strong project management skills
Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
