Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team at Vistry Cornwall South West. As a key member of our Surveying department, you will assist in the delivery of our growing development pipeline in this region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Commercial Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor in the commercial delivery of residential development schemes.
  • Support the Surveying department with cost management for projects from procurement to completion of sub-contract final accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Surveying team to ensure accurate and timely cost management.
