Plant Operations Specialist

The Plant Operations Specialist will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Steam Turbine, Steam Boiler and Steam auxiliary and ancillary plant used to support the burning of RDF for the production of power.
As a member of the team, the Plant Operations Specialist will be an ambassador for the company and its values; integrity, dependability, safety, pride, quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the Steam Turbine, Steam Boiler and Steam auxiliary and ancillary plant.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the plant.
- Monitor and control the plant's performance.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of plant operations and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
