Job Summary:
We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to join our team at the Digital Preservation Coalition. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the project management process, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and promoting an open and collaborative working environment.
You will manage relationships within and across teams, communicate product vision, plan, and progress to stakeholders with confidence and drive. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a strong agile culture and ensuring effective delivery at pace.
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of agile principles and practices. You'll work closely with the Product Owner, taking a continuous delivery approach to manage planning, forecasting, and road mapping.
Requirements:
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working, discounts with local businesses, wellbeing resources, an on-site gym, discounted rates in our on-site café, shop, and staff bar.
