The Impact You Will Have

You will be immersed in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, building relationships with customers and suppliers daily. As an Aviate Specialist, you will be the linchpin in ensuring smooth air freight operations, providing unparalleled service to our customers and suppliers.

A Typical Day

  • Requesting and gathering quotations from suppliers and partners in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers, haulers, airlines, and overseas agents to guarantee top-quality service.
  • Negotiating with suppliers while prioritizing the client's interests.
  • Managing the entire shipment, from generating documentation to ensuring delivery.
  • Handling export customs entries in collaboration with our in-house customs team, ensuring compliance requirements are met.
  • Preparing documentation for import clearances, keeping track of entries and arranging deliveries in a timely manner.
