Baxter Freight Limited is seeking a highly skilled Freight Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our sea freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt of bookings from customers and arrange collection and booking cargo with carriers.
  • Generate export booking confirmations, import arrival notices, and advise clients/overseas agents.
  • Maintain communication and control throughout all phases of the sea freight operations process, ensuring all necessary information is communicated to colleagues and third parties.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with suppliers, hauliers, shipping lines, and overseas agents to meet our customers' expectations.
  • Update account managers with the status of their shipments and deal with enquiries.
  • Perform general freight administration tasks, including invoicing/costing, processing departmental invoices, and raising queries with suppliers.
