Zest Business Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Optical Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners, including high street opticians, GPs, and referral centers, to drive business growth and increase our referral base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners to drive business growth
  • Visit referral management centers and GPs at their practices to promote our services
  • Manage your own diary, meetings, and route planning to maximize productivity
  • Work closely with our hospital teams to maintain internal relationships and leverage opportunities

Requirements:

  • Previous B-2-B sales experience
  • Natural strong relationship builder with ability to work cross-functionally
  • Driven, high energy, and a willingness to succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of £27,000
  • Up to £13.5k bonus
  • £5k car allowance and additional benefits
